Return and Refund Policy

At Trendy Loop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Personal care products

• Beauty and skincare items once opened

• Items marked as Final Sale

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
